At Vision Beam, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make things right. Our 60-day return policy gives you plenty of time to decide if your VisionBeamâ„¢ is perfect for you. If it’s not, we make returning it easy.
Order Cancellation
You have 24 hours to cancel your order after it has been placed. To cancel your order, please email us at hello@visionsbeam.com. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy below.
How to Return
Eligibility: You may return your VisionBeamâ„¢ even after use, provided it is still in good working condition and includes all original packaging. Products must not show excessive wear or damage. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Initiate a Return: Email us at hello@visionsbeam.com to start the process. We’ll guide you through the steps.
Send It Back: Follow the instructions for shipping. Please note, items returned without requesting a return first won’t be accepted.
Issues, Damages, or Wrong Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If there’s a problem, such as a defect, damage, or if you received the wrong item, let us know immediately. We’re committed to resolving any issues promptly.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on certain items, such as custom orders, personalized items, or products marked as final sale. If you have questions about your specific item, reach out to us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have and make a separate purchase for the new one.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times for your bank or credit card company may vary.
